Connect West Kite to your AI assistant
West Kite is a remote MCP server for US commercial property ownership: owners of record, the people behind LLCs, and their phone numbers and emails. You sign in through your browser, so there's no API key to copy, and the 7-day free trial needs no card.

Claude and ChatGPT
Open Connect AI in West Kite and follow the steps for your assistant.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user west-kite https://app.westkite.com/mcp
Then run /mcp, choose west-kite and sign in.
Codex
codex mcp add west-kite --url https://app.westkite.com/mcp
codex mcp login west-kite
Cursor and other clients
Add a remote HTTP MCP server with the URL above. Any client that supports MCP OAuth opens the browser for you to sign in.
Sign in, or create an account if you don't have one, then select Allow. The 7-day trial needs no card. Your client may need a restart before the tools appear.
Check it works
Ask your assistant:
Look up 500 Howard St in San Francisco on West Kite.
It should come back with the property, its owner of record and the sources.
Let a coding agent set it up
Paste this into Claude Code or Codex:
Use curl to read https://westkite.com/agent-quickstart.md and connect the West Kite MCP server to this agent.
The agent adds the server and tells you when to sign in.
If something goes wrong
- No West Kite tools: restart the client and check the server is enabled.
- Sign-in says the return address isn't registered: that client isn't supported yet. Email hello@westkite.com with its name.
- Your client can't open a browser: sign up from an agent instead.
