A letter that gets opened.
Real handwriting, a real stamp, a sealed envelope. It looks like personal mail because it is.
Dear Walt,
I was sorry to hear about Ray. I work with family-owned buildings in the Arts District, and if you ever decide to sell 1840 Industrial, I’d like to help you find a buyer who keeps it standing.
Coffee is on me whenever suits you.
