West Kite documentation

It has records for 107 million parcels in 27 states and Washington, DC: owners, sales, assessments, permits, zoning and flood zones, each with its source. Common questions
Do I need an API key?
No. You sign in to West Kite in your browser and approve the connection, and your assistant gets its own token. You can disconnect it at any time in Connect AI.
Can an agent create my account?
It can start sign-up and fill in your name and email. You choose the password, agree to the terms and select Allow yourself.
Can my assistant change anything without asking?
No. Changes like adding a lead or saving a property come back as a review link, and nothing changes until you approve it in West Kite. Outreach is only ever sent by you.
What does it cost?
One plan at $149 a month, with a 7-day free trial and no card required. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; you choose whether to subscribe. See pricing.
Which states does West Kite cover?
107 million parcels across 1,787 counties in 27 states and Washington, DC, including all of California, Florida and Nevada.
What if a record is missing?
What's available varies by county, and many states don't publish sale prices. West Kite says when a field is missing instead of showing it as zero.
